Nat gave us a full tour of the UPPAbaby G-LINK double stroller at the UPPAbaby booth at the New York Baby Show. Check out her video review and find all the details below…

It has a true 5-point harness system. This stroller is totally going to be good for kids that are birth and up. It goes up to 50 pound each seat – 50 pounds each seat is good.

Look, there’s a little link. I wanted to say this link for everything because of the UPPAbaby G-LINK. But there’s a little tab on the back. Could you guys see that? Could you see that one? It’s kind of hard. You pull this lever up and the seats go into a recline, a pretty full recline. It is not a hundred percent flat but I’m going to tell you, it is definitely good enough for a newborn. It has a little newborn insert so it will hold the little baby’s head. It’s pretty cool.

Take a look at these footrests. These footrests can go up but they can also recline. There’s a little tab at the bottom that makes you able to recline it. I think these are pretty cool features.

Take a look at these canopies. They’re beautiful canopies. They’re wide enough but wait, there’s more. I reach in and I pull out an additional canopy. That is remarkable. This is going to protect your little baby’s eyes from the sun. It gives you a little bit added protection. It is extraordinary. It does have two independent canopies. You don’t have to worry if this guy is sleeping and this guy is up. Don’t worry about it. You could have both canopies out. I love just reaching in and pulling out a canopy. It’s my new favorite trick. It’s like my magic trick. It’s my G-LINK magic trick.

There’s always big discussions in Twiniversity, “Do I get a side-by-side?” “Do I get a tandem?” “What’s going to work best?”

I’m going to tell you that this particular side-by-side is 30-inches wide. It will fit through any standard doorway. You do not have to worry about that.

If you’re worried about how heavy it is, I’m going to go with 28 ½ pounds. I’m wrong, it’s 24 pounds. But know that it is a 24-pound true weight. When this stroller was weighed, it was weighed with the canopies and the wheels. If you’re looking at strollers and it says, “This stroller is only 18 pounds,” check and see exactly what the manufacturer included in that true weight.

We’re going to fold this puppy up. Here’s a cool thing – so here, I could not figure out how to fold this and I pretty much almost broke it before. I’m stepping on this. I’m doing all these weird stuff. Guys, it is not down there. To fold it, the whole thing is up here. I push in this little button, I pull this lever forward, and it’s done. And it stands up on its own!

Alright guys, so the G-LINK is fairly new on the market, only around for a few months. For more details, visit UPPAbaby.com. See you later, alligators.
