Hi Twiniversity fans! Have we got a review for YOU! You know how you’re always trying to figure out the whole “grocery shopping with twins” struggle?! We’ve got the perfect solution! Introducing the BinxyBaby!
Innovative designer Lisa Pinnell struggled with getting her kids to the grocery store and keeping her sanity and decided to do something about it. She says, “I’m a busy mom of three. When doing my big “stock-up” shopping with a toddler and newborn a few years ago, I realized I had a problem. I needed to fill my cart with a week’s worth of groceries, but I could not, for the life of me, figure out a safe way to contain two kids while doing so. I tried everything. I tried a sling, a stroller, even two carts. I tried putting the entire infant car seat down in the grocery cart but had to cut my trip short when I couldn’t find the baby under the piles of bread and coffee. Nothing worked!”
We love how the BinxyBaby easily folds up and fits in your diaper bag! What?! No more warily eyeing those store provided seats attached to the shopping carts.! No more having to lug a stroller AND a shopping cart anymore!
The following review was written by twin MoM Lanie Gerhauser. She boasts three month old boy/girl twins!
I received the BinxyBaby shopping cart hammock in the mail quickly and was ecstatic to try them out. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they were to securely place on the cart. Since I have twins I was also surprised to see that both hammocks fit on the cart with room to spare for groceries.
As a mother of twins stopping while shopping to talk to those inquiring about my twins is a normal occurrence. I love that business cards were included in the box as many people stopped to ask about the hammocks as well.
The BinxyBaby shopping cart hammock is easy to disassemble and folds up compactly which makes it easy to store into a diaper bag. Another feature about the hammocks I like is that they have a little pocket on the side. I found this handy to put spare pacifiers in. The only recommendation I have is to make the pocket a little larger enabling it to be used as a bottle or sippy cup holder.
